He listened to exactly what we wanted. He got us the house we wanted for the price we wanted. Made the first time buying process easy. We had a huge list of possibilities of houses and he crossed some off. When we asked why he told us. We questioned it and he showed us exactly why without being rude. Robert is a true professional in every sense of the word. He came out and evaluated the house to determine an appropriate list price, gave recommendations for staging and when to list. We told him when we wanted it to go on the market within 2 weeks and he made it happen including photos showing lake proximity and emphasizing the acreage we were selling. He was spot on with his marketing plan and helped us sell our house for well over asking price within 24 hours of it being on the MLS. There were a couple of hiccups on the buyer's side that Robert dealt with promptly, communicating effectively every step of the way with no drama involved which was greatly appreciated.
