I am writing this review from the perspective of a daughter of elderly parents who were blessed to have Robert McFadden as their real estate agent. He helped them sell their home and find another one that perfectly fit their needs. A could write a small novel explaining the process that the three of them went through this past year - it was an unbelievable, heart breaking, challenging, and in the end - a most rewarding journey. Robert was the glue that held my parents together through disappointments, confusion, and frustrations that were completely out of any of their control. He was also "the wind beneath their wings". I know that sounds completely cliché... but it is a great description of how he championed them and gave them the hope and confidence that they would be able to not only sell their home, but also find a smaller one that would be perfect for them. Robert is very knowledgeable and has more energy than most people I know. He finds a way to "make things happen". He is both serious and playful, professional yet down to earth, patient but persistent, and he can relate to anyone - no matter their age. If you are selling or buying a home, you want someone who is trustworthy, honest, a good listener, a man of his word, someone who follows through, and someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty. For all these reasons, and so many more.... I give Robert McFadden my highest recommendation. I will always be grateful for the love and care his showed my parents through this period of transition in their lives.

Having bought and sold several houses in our lives we have worked with several real estate professionals so have some experience to gauge Robert's performance. Robert is a true professional in every sense of the word. He came out and evaluated the house to determine an appropriate list price, gave recommendations for staging and when to list. We told him when we wanted it to go on the market within 2 weeks and he made it happen including photos showing lake proximity and emphasizing the acreage we were selling. He was spot on with his marketing plan and helped us sell our house for well over asking price within 24 hours of it being on the MLS. There were a couple of hiccups on the buyer's side that Robert dealt with promptly, communicating effectively every step of the way with no drama involved which was greatly appreciated.
